Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Beyco Consultancy website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Beyco Consultancy provides structural engineering and construction consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Structural design and analysis
• Project analysis and planning
• Site inspection and quality control
• Construction supervision and management
• Technical consultation and advice
• Plumbing system design

All services are provided in accordance with applicable professional engineering standards, local building codes, and industry best practices. Our engineers are licensed professionals who maintain continuing education requirements and professional liability insurance.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Timely communication regarding project requirements
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Ensuring site access for inspections and supervision
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing safe working conditions during site visits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyco Consultancy's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount agreed upon for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Third-party actions or omissions
• Changes in applicable codes or regulations

All designs, calculations, reports, and other work products created by Beyco Consultancy remain our intellectual property until project completion and final agreement terms are met. Upon completion, clients receive a license to use these materials for the specific project. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Information will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or professional obligations.

Service terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Project timelines are established based on scope and complexity
• Regular communication and updates are provided throughout the project
• Services may be adjusted based on changing project requirements
• Clients are responsible for providing necessary project information

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any work completed through the termination date. We will provide all completed work products upon project conclusion.

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in accordance with applicable laws. Both parties commit to professional and constructive resolution of any disagreements.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
